You get these seamless patterns absolutely for free. They can be a great addition to your beautiful designs and because they are all vector-shape layers, you can scale them as you’d like, and you can easily change their color . Make sure you read the Terms of use in the download folder. It’s not “Absolutely free”. Meaning, you have to link back to site or use their name in the actual design.
